I've ordered seeds a few times from them via ebay, and have been very pleased with their quality. It takes a few weeks to get here from Chile, but everything has always arrived in wonderful shape. All are Chilean native species, and most are impossible to get otherwise. They are quite reasonably priced, and germination is excellent, though some species can be a challenge unless one has a cool greenhouse or lives in areas where Chilean plants tend to do well (eg west coast). I really appreciate the fact that he offers so many beautiful species that are simply not available elsewhere. He also has a website with lovely photos and cultural hints for growing some of the species he offers.
