Then by all means, give Lisa a try. I don't know how she has time to be so responsive and helpful and still have gardens that produces the kind of stock she sent to me, but you can bet I'll wait till she is shipping again and buy...just because I have never ever had this kind of experience for these prices...period. After purchasing from Buggycrazy for the past couple of years I think it is high time I voiced my support for this vendor. I have purchased everything from seeds to native plants to fall and spring planted bulbs. Lisa is full of knowledge about seed starting so if you have any questions just ask her. The lily bulbs are big and very clean. Unlike many lily vendors, Lisa's lilies have fresh roots ready to go right back into the soil. The plant labels that are included are just the icing on the cake. Communication is excellent. I can't wait to see my latest purchase of lily bulbs from Buggycrazy bloom this summer!

I would like to say that my purchasing experience was truly flawless. I made a sizable purchase consisting of Lily bulbs, Lily of the Valley and a wonderful plant native to my County..the later being something I could not even find in our local nurseries.

BuggyCrazy is terrific! I heard about Lisa here and I'm so glad I decided to see for myself what her bulbs were like. I'm very impressed! Every bulb I received is super clean, fresh, LARGE, and excellent. I ordered some narcissus as well-great prices, and the quality of the daffs is just as high as her lilies. She is great with accommodating order changes as well as notifying an order was shipped. I'm very happy and definitely planning to order again.

I recieved my order a few days ago, and like many others I have to say the bulbs look great! Nice, big, and healthy with great roots raring to go. I've ordered seeds before, and this time as well, and I've had good luck with her seeds from the previous order. There are some real finds among her listings of things not available elsewhere. I find the web site is easy to use and communication about the shipping of my order was good. Packing was excellent as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality, and often unusual, bulbs and seeds.

Buggy Crazy and Lisa are truely in a class by themselves as said by many people before me. I just want to add my name to that list. My order arrived yesterday and my wife brought it in to me. I picked it up and said I think you are wrong this must be something you ordered off of e-bay. It weighted a ton. Then when I opened it I found out why, Those bulbs were HUGE and I told my wife we better get the post hole digger out to put them in. Lisa was just great in responding to e-mails, kept me posted on my order and the end result was a great experience. I can't wait till next spring to see these monsters put on a show.

All I can say is wow!
The supers are absolutely gargantuan. One of the normal sized orientals I ordered weighs a pound and is enormous. Far bigger than I ever got from other companies.
Bulbs are big, firm and very clean. She also tries to answer every e-mail.

I wish there was a higher rating then just positive. The blubs I received were the biggest I've ever seen. I ordered King Kong, Honeymoon, Godzilla, Georgette, Beauty Rose, Scarlet Delight, Scheherazade, Touch, Leslie Woodriff, & Queen Kong. I will be ordering from Lisa again. Buggy Crazy is a class act. One of the best places I've ever done business with.

After mail ordering plants for 20 + years I have, out of necessity developed a negative "lets see what I get attitude". You get the wrong plants. They were shipped incorrectly and are dying or stressed out. The jumbo tubers are the size of a pea. Your order gets taken when half the plants are out of stock. The beat goes on and on. It never does any good to complain so I've tried to weed out the crooks, freaks and the nurseries that can't grow dandelions and have developed a short list of companies that I trust. Today I received my first order from Buggy Crazy. They made the short list. What can I say? How about "WOW"! You don't need a degree in horticulture to recognize healthy, properly grown stock. I am also impressed that Lisa took the time to make sure our computers were communicating properly so I would be notified when my order shipped.

I ordered three different kinds of bulbs from Buggy Crazy -- Peacock Orchids (Acidanthera murielae), Harlequin Flowers (Sparaxis tricolor), and Calla Lilies (Zantedeschia aethiopica). I also ordered various Lily seeds. The Lily seeds germinated very well and are doing great (some seedlings have three true leaves after only 6-7 weeks). The Harlequin Flower bulbs did less well; a few bulbs were dry and hollow on arrival, and the bulbs that grew yielded pale, weak plants that haven't shown me much yet. But I can forgive the Harlequin Flowers because of the Peacock Orchids (which are ravishing -- strong, full, beautiful) and the Calla Lilies. I ordered five small species Calla Lily bulbs for $1 each -- an amazing price. When they arrived, there weren't just five bulbs; there were eight. I was delighted. And every bulb grew and thrived (although the two smallest will be a while before they bloom). I had really wanted the Calla Lilies, Peacock Orchids, and Lilies. I had only ordered the Harlequin Flowers on a whim (because they only cost $1 for 5 bulbs), so I wasn't terribly disappointed and never even bothered to approach Buggy Crazy about them.

I have only praise for Buggy Crazy. Thank you!

Also every bulb I have ordered has always been correctly identified. This has been a problem with most all the other bulb companies I have ordered from. Buggy rates #1 in my book.

Lisa Hunt sells absolutely the best bulbs available in the US. Hands down. They are the largest, cleanest, freshest bulbs I have ever ordered. Her idea idea of small bulbs still beats to competition. Here is a picture of the comparison between the bulbs I bought at Menards (yeah, stupid me) and the one on the right, Sheherazade that came from Lisa. No comparison, really. I'm so grateful to Dave's Garden for giving me the ability to find decent (incredible) vendors.

BuggyCrazy had a special posted that said they were adding a bulb of the famous Scheherazade to orders received before the month of March. I ordered on the 3rd of March and received my order on the 10th at the post office. I picked it up on the 11th and when checking the contents found a huge Scheherazade bulb included. The lily bulbs within are the largest I've ever experienced, let alone received from a mail order company (or anywhere else). Thanks BuggyCrazy.

Buggy Crazy is a wonderful business. I just got my first order from her after hearing a lot of good things about her. The bulbs are huge and freshly dug, with no sign of spoilage or damage on about 2 dozen lily bulbs, packed snugly in moist cedar sawdust. Shipping was incredibly reasonable.

Lisa Hunt, the proprieter, is very honest and detailed with her website descriptions. For lilies she notes things like heat resistance, bloom time, and final height. And she shows what a bulb would look like against a ruler. Although she didn't advertise her bulbs as particularly large, they were huge. More than half were the size of what my Costco bought lilies would be after one or two seasons of growth. And Costco sells pretty good sized (if often mislabeled and occasionally virused) stock.

I got these bulbs at a great price because she's getting out of growing lilies, but I would have happily pay retail for these bulbs.

I'm now getting my 4th order from buggycrazy and will happily continue to shop with her. The quality of her bulbs is impecable, and she's a gem to communicate with, answering emails very promptly. So far I've purchased lilies, callas, daffodils, and castor bean seeds. The bulb sizes are usually larger than described, and in the case of the daffodils, there were several extra bulbs. An A+++ vendor!
