Ordered grape plants. Arrived in dry newspaper and a plastic bag. Roots dry and brittle with no green leaves at all. Called and said I had always received grape plants from other companies with green leaves and some sign of life. They said to proceed with soaking and planting. I did, they are what they appeared to be DEAD sticks. They won't refund ANY items no matter how poor they are when shipped to you and they will "replace' only when they have stock. In my case Next spring - maybe! My guess is what you are thinging ; I will NEVER get a replacement.
Advice: Don't buy from them. Many others to choose from.

I bought a whole bunch of native shrubs from them a few years ago. They were nice bushy plants with enormous root systems, and they have thrived, even with multiple rounds of transplanting. Great source.
