|i had order plants for some time BUT beware folks if you get a new c. or debt card it may not work .thay say to call bank well let say it not the banks or my trouble it the nursery .well i order again have to seeeeeee .
On May 2nd, 2009, towers changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following:

I'm not quite sure what the problem was here as we had gone back and forth with this customer probably 10 times and the only thing that could have possibly been wrong was that his billing address attached to his credit card did not match what he submitted on the order form; it is a main security feature. It happens quite frequently and is always remedied by the customer correcting the card / billing address info. This is the only case that we weren't able to fix, and everything was was o.k. on our end.

|I ordered 9 plants. They were in excellent shape. Packaging was great. Price was great. Shipping cost was super great. Highly recommend. One plant was blooming upon arrival.

|I ordered four rather disparate plants, from Notocactus rutilians to Echeveria Perle Von Nurnberg. The variegated Ceropegia was a knockout, and all the plants were extremely healthy in their shipping pots. I would definitely order again, and recommend The Cactus Shoppe highly!

|I ordered four plants, and all of them were really nice, very big and very healthy looking. I got my plants 2 days after they shipped (they were sent FedEx). They were extremely well packed. I ordered a Sedum morganianum "Burrito" which will lose its leaves at the slightest touch, and it didn't lose a single leaf.
I would order again without hesitation.

|I have ordered twice from this company and have nothing to say, but this is one of only three companies that I will deal with via mail. Both orders have given me beautiful plants that don't look sickly or stringy. They are well packed and arrive within a few days of their standard shipping day of Monday. When I recently had a problem with one of the plants that died within 10 days, I sent them an email and promptly received a reply that they would replace the plant. How refreshing there was no hassle. The replacement was unremarkable. [I'm ashamed to say, that the replacement was so great that I'm glad the original passed on.] I highly recommend this company. Nice to trust a company when you order sight unseen.

|I ordered a bunch of crested and montrose cacti and some euphorbias from The Cactus Shoppe and am really happy with my plants and the overall ordering process. The plants are quite large for the price and have EXCELLENT root systems. They have a very good selection of crested varieties, more than i have found at any other online retailer. The only drawback i found to this company is that there is no phone number on the website and it takes a while to get a response from an e-mail, so there is not really much 'human interaction' with the company. This worried me at first, but did not end up being a problem since they seem extremely organized and professional. Everything i ordered was in stock and it was packed well (in 3.5" pots rather than bare root) shipped promptly/quickly, just as they say it will be on the website. I will definately order from them again. It is inexpensive and the plants are very healthy and growing well. can't ask for much more.
