All three of my orchids arrived healthy and with no damage. They do not use heat packs, but the packaging is great. With regard to the plants themselves, I just cannot say enough. I truly have never received healther, fatter, greener plants from any other source. They ship what they say they are going to ship. If they state that the orchid is "in bud", IT IS. Mature plants are of mature size, etc. Their customer service is second-to-none. Every one of my e-mails has received a personal, detailed response with regard to growing instructions, etc. The website has very detailed, plant-specific care and growing instructions. I like their selection of orchids. There is a lot of variety. I give them a AAA rating! Don't hestitate to bid or buy from this company.
