March 30, 2012 | I ordered no waste shelled sunflower seed and received sunflower seed in the shell. Their customer service is not at all satisfactory. I was told I could pay to ship the 100 pounds of seed back. Yeah, right. |

January 31, 2006 | I have ordered twice from Rachel's Robin and have had positive experiences both times. I'm about to place a third order because they notified me by E-mail that the feeder is in stock.
The bottom line is:
1. Great selection of wild bird (and other animals) products.
2. Lower prices for same product than other mail order sources.
3. Quick & reasonable shipping.
4. Quality feeders that do what they claim to do, Ie. block squirrels, attract woodpeckers, etc.
