| Positive | DAMLW Harriston, QC (Zone 4b) (1 review) January 23, 2008 | Friends and customers of this nursery received an email on January 14/08 indicating that the catalogue and mail order part of the business has been discontinued (Owners are moving on to other passions - world wide botanical trips, research and writing, plus enjoying their extensive gardens.)
This was a very thoughtful way of them advising there would be no more Mont Echo for customers rather than us seeing a cold statement next time we checked into the website. |
| Positive | fangNJ New Providence, NJ (Zone 6a) (12 reviews) June 6, 2005 | I ordered paeonia japonica, adiantum venustum, anemonopsis macrophylla. They are very small. I planted them in the garden. So far they look good. The fern is growing slowing already. Their price is pretty good. I guess that's the reason I ordered from them.

| Positive | Zuzu Sebastopol, CA (Zone 9a) (38 reviews) April 24, 2005 | A wonderful mail-order experience: The nursery has a superb Website offering a good selection of plants at low prices and reasonable shipping rates. The availability of the plants I ordered was quickly confirmed by e-mail.
My positive experience continued when the plants arrived. The well-packaged plants were healthy and blemish-free. They arrived in pots filled with an excellent planting medium. Bonus plants were also included in the package. I strongly recommend this nursery.

| Positive | Todd_Boland St. John's, NL (Zone 5b) (2 reviews) March 22, 2005 | This nursery is one of the best alpine plant sources in Canada and they also ship readily to the US. Wonderful selection of primula and saxifrages, as well as a wealth of other interesting alpines. A definite must for any serious rock garden enthusiast. |
