I just placed my first order with this company this week, and I have already received my plants! Fast shipping, the plants arrived well packaged and look great very healthy. One of the plants was out of stock which I understand it happens, they sent me a refund for that plant and even gave me a gift plant in its place all within the same order, and to top it off they included culture and care sheets for each plant! Great plants, healthy and large. I must say they pay attention to detail, I'm very happy with my order, and I'll be ordering lots more soon, highly recommended!

September 13, 2009 | I have never dealt with a better company of any kind! The plants are beautiful, healthy and so well packed that even on a large order not a single leaf was broken! The customer service is awesome, too. The company has a toll-free number and you get to talk to the owner herself. She is very friendly, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the plants she grows and sells. She is extremely helpful and will give you any advice and answer any questions you have about her plants. When you place your order, expect really fast shipping. There is absolutely no way this company can improve. I wish all companies were even half as good as Eldon Access, it would be a great leap forward. |

July 20, 2009 | I visited Eldon Accessories in person, I was working in the area and stopped by. It didn't seem like anyone was around so i left her a voice mail and started to leave. She called me back about 10 minutes later... She was in the green house and didn't hear the phone ring. Long story short, I turned around to see what she had. She had a great selection especially of aroids which I loved. I picked up a few things and she even gave me a discount for my troubles. I would definitely recommend this Nursery to anyone. She is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Good Company! |

Unfortunately my experience dealing with exotic growers has been less than pleasant. Eldon is the exception and I will purchase exclusively from them from now on. Their follow-up is exceptional, their stock is beyond compare. I found them through Dave's Garden and thank them for having a great grower. |

December 21, 2008 | I just this week received my first order from Eldon Access. I am extremely pleased and impressed. I called on Monday (to pay with credit card). We discussed the nasty weather forecast for my area, and she shipped the plant to arrive exactly on the one warm day the same week. On top of that, she shipped a larger plant than what was ordered, at no extra charge, and a with reasonable shipping charge. Delightful person to talk to, with great email confirmations. I'm calling in my second and larger order next week! I wish that all mail-order places were this well-organized, dedicated, and knowledgeable. |

November 20, 2008 | I received my 2 plants yesterday, which was Wednesday. I just placed my order Friday. Very fast shipping, well packed with NO damage at all, well rooted plants with very healthy green leaves and the start of two buds - what more could one expect? November 18, 2008 | I ordered a Papaya and Vanilla Orchid from Eldon, and bothe were much better size than I'd seen in other catalogs for a great price. The orchid got irreperably damaged in shipping, despite being really well packed, and a perfect, even lustier replacement was sent immediately. Really nice, professional company. 'Brigitta' gave lots of great care advice on the phone, too. |

September 29, 2008 | I ordered a Pink Princess Philo from this company and was very impressed. I ordered it Pm on a Saturday and recieved a confirmation email just a few minutes later! Since this was a gift I asked them to leave the invoice out of the box and they were happy to do it. The plant was sent out that Monday. I have had to wait for 2 weeks from other companies before so I was very happy about the fast shipping. My friend commented on how well the plant was packaged, with such care and precision. And the plant itself was beautiful and arrived unharmed. Thanks so much! Will order from again. |

August 22, 2008 | The packaging was exceptional - not a crumb of dirt anywhere except at the plant roots IN the pot.
When the rubber-band was placed around the Aristolocia, the packager apparently pulled on the vine - it arrived wilty -- I tried SuperThrive, Cirkon, just got more and more wrinkled, until the leaves were dried out and just crumbling to the touch. By this time, about 5 or 6 days elapsed, and then had more trouble contacting them because their e-mail address was not functioning. But without a query or a blink, a new Aristolochia arrived, thriving. Excellent packaging, product, and customer service! |

May 20, 2008 | We can all relate to being a bit leary of ordering plants from the internet. Eldon accessories was one of the first companies that I decided to give a try. Let me tell you, their service is outstanding. The plants came quickly, as ordered, packaged well, and were VERY HEALTHY! I simply can't say enough about them. If you are a "crazy plant lady" like myself and love to try new, challenging or exotic plants- this is the site for you. Kudos to the Eldon owner(s) and staff!! |

November 01, 2007 | This is the first time I've ordered from Eldonaccess, and it won't be a last.
Today I recieved 2 beautiful, healthy and colorful plants from Eldonaccess. ..A Pink Princess Philo and Picasso's Paintbrush Croton. I've been looking for this Philo quite some time, discovering prices as high as 29 and 39.00. When I found Eldon's, and there staring me in the face was a pretty Pink Princess for 20.00, I didn't know what to think..You all know how some people say you get what you pay for..On the contrary, at least in this case..I was shocked at its size after opening the box today.
She also sent a free Anthurium, which I thought a nice surprise, and even the freebie is good-size and healthy.
I spoke to the owner? on the phone. She's a very nice person and loves discussing plants..and helpful, too.
Plants are well-packaged..No broken stems or leaves.
Shipping time was super quick.
I hope Eldon's adds more plants to their site..Thanks Eldon's, and to the woman I spoke with on the phone..You were very helpful..Toni |

August 10, 2007 | I can't speak highly enough of Eldon Access. They have shown me a level of customer service I didn't think existed anymore.
Through no fault of their own my plant was not delivered. They not only shipped me a replacement free of charge but also refunded my shipping charge. The next order they added a free plant to make up for the delay in my first order.
Not only is the service outstanding but the plants are far bigger than I expected. I have come to cringe a little when I see "ships in 3 inch pot" from most vendors. My past experience was receiving little more than seedlings. The plants from Eldon were all 6 to 12" tall, had several large leaves and were in great shape when they arrived.
I'll be ordering from Eldon many times in the future.

Eldon accessories does a top notch job with service, selection, and quality.
Their packing is exquisite, and stands up to some tough abuse, with no or very little shifting of the plants.

March 22, 2007 | i am very pleased with the plants i purchased recently. the customer service was awesome too. the box was damaged in shipping (not their fault) and one of the plants was broken. i emailed and was given a replacement plant immediately. they have a good selection of tropical plants and the prices are right. on a side note, i found this company quite by accident while looking for a specific plant. the company name leads you to believe that they don't sell plants, but perhaps garden "objects". check them out for unusual tropicals!

i just received another order today from eldon. what a fabulous customer service they have. brigitta sent a special free plant and went out of her way to hold my plants at the last minute due to illness in my family. she unpacked them and waited for me to let her know when they could be shipped. the vanilla orchid is huge as is the firespike and the other plants too. i continue to be impressed by their quality and kindness. you really can't go wrong ordering from eldon! |

And I just received a follow up email this morning from them wanting to make sure my shipment arrived in good condition. The plants look fantastic - exactly like the picture...no wait, I take that back...the 'black mystic' bromeliad looks twice as good in person. |

Found their website through Dave’s website as I was researching the fire spike plant or odontonema strictum last Sat, 8/5/06. Sent a question by email to the nursery at 9:22 PM and received a response at 9:45 PM Sat night! An individualized response, not automated! I had a few more questions, which were also answered promptly. I ordered three fire spike plants on Mon (8/7/06) and received the plants this Thu (8/10/06) in tip-top shape. They even had flowers already! After notifying Eldon when plants arrived, they responded with an email stating “Hope you like your new plants”. Well, I will love them. I would not have received this kind of service at a local nursery here in town. |

They were shipped the week temps were in the high 90's and I was concerned about the condition they were going to arrive in, however, they got there in great shape. May 13, 2006 | I can't say enough great things about this company. Just got a large shipment from them yesterday and every plant exceeded my expectations. The basjoo banana was 2' high (other nurseries were offering it at 3"-same price) The palms were very large and everything was extremely healthy and very well packed. The communications were the best of any nursery I have dealt with-I called her on a Sat afternoon at 5:30 and she answered and spent time helping me select plants-giving me accurate info on the size of them etc. I called back and added several things and it all came.
I will tell everyone about this nursery-I wish they all were this good!!! The order came within 5 days of ordering-and the shipping cost was the best I have seen yet. |

This place is incredible!!!! If you are looking for fun, beautiful, unusual, the "rare", healthy, plants...look NO further because you have just found it! Not only are the plants, when you receive them so healthy and beautiful, package so well, but they are priced so reasonably that now anyone can afford to add that unusual plant to their collection.
it was just happenstance that i ended up at this site. i cannot say enough about how wonderful the communications were. an email every step along the way with my order. sometimes the one thing that makes the difference is the customer service. well, this place bends over backwards to assure that you are happy as can be.
i will be ordering yearly from them...that is for certain! you need just to take a look and you are hooked forever! |

They were packed very carefully, and shipped with a careful eye on the weather so as not to damage the plants during the last vestiges of winter. The plants arrived in great shape with essentially no damage from the shipping process. I've potted them up and they are growing nicely. My experience with Eldon Accessories was very positive and I highly recommend them. I will order again next year! |
