The scoop on 'Eldon Accessories'

We can all relate to being a bit leary of ordering plants from the internet. Eldon accessories was one of the first companies that I decided to give a try. Let me tell you, their service is outstanding. The plants came quickly, as ordered, packaged well, and were VERY HEALTHY! I simply can't say enough about them. If you are a "crazy plant lady" like myself and love to try new, challenging or exotic plants- this is the site for you. Kudos to the Eldon owner(s) and staff!!

I have purhased twice from Eldon-a total of about 6 plants and they are about as good as there is. I've called Brigitta(?)because I have had some questions regarding care for the plants and she has been extremely helpful, even to the point of offering to send replacement plants! In fact, she sent me an extra banana plant for my troubles. Will continue to purchase from them without hesitation.

Received 2 large Musa Basjoo Banana plants in excellent condition for a very fair price for use as Christmas gifts. Arrived just 2 days after ordering over the phone. I will very definitely be ordering from this company again; highly recommended.

This is the first time I've ordered from Eldonaccess, and it won't be a last.
Today I recieved 2 beautiful, healthy and colorful plants from Eldonaccess. ..A Pink Princess Philo and Picasso's Paintbrush Croton. I've been looking for this Philo quite some time, discovering prices as high as 29 and 39.00. When I found Eldon's, and there staring me in the face was a pretty Pink Princess for 20.00, I didn't know what to think..You all know how some people say you get what you pay for..On the contrary, at least in this case..I was shocked at its size after opening the box today.
She also sent a free Anthurium, which I thought a nice surprise, and even the freebie is good-size and healthy.
I spoke to the owner? on the phone. She's a very nice person and loves discussing plants..and helpful, too.
Plants are well-packaged..No broken stems or leaves.
Shipping time was super quick.
I hope Eldon's adds more plants to their site..Thanks Eldon's, and to the woman I spoke with on the phone..You were very helpful..Toni

This was my first order with this company and I'd have to say - I was very impressed. The packaging was far better than most, and the plants were nice size with great root systems. I was also surprised that I rec'd a bonus along with my order. Will order from this company again !

I just placed my first order with this company this week, and I have already received my plants! Fast shipping, the plants arrived well packaged and look great very healthy. One of the plants was out of stock which I understand it happens, they sent me a refund for that plant and even gave me a gift plant in its place all within the same order, and to top it off they included culture and care sheets for each plant! Great plants, healthy and large. I must say they pay attention to detail, I'm very happy with my order, and I'll be ordering lots more soon, highly recommended!

I can't speak highly enough of Eldon Access. They have shown me a level of customer service I didn't think existed anymore.

Through no fault of their own my plant was not delivered. They not only shipped me a replacement free of charge but also refunded my shipping charge. The next order they added a free plant to make up for the delay in my first order.

Not only is the service outstanding but the plants are far bigger than I expected. I have come to cringe a little when I see "ships in 3 inch pot" from most vendors. My past experience was receiving little more than seedlings. The plants from Eldon were all 6 to 12" tall, had several large leaves and were in great shape when they arrived.

I'll be ordering from Eldon many times in the future.

I recently received an order from this company and was VERY pleased ~~~nice sized, healthy plants. I was also given specific growing instructions which are very helpful. I wanted to order another plant and they advised against it because it wouldn't do well here. I will definitely order from them again.

I just ordered DUTCHMAN'S PIPE- 'GIANT BRAZILIAN' $ 9.50 & while there I reviewed my past orders (Jul 2, 2006 to today).
EVERY plant i bought from Eldon Access is still living & thriving.
I can't say that about most on line shops.

I have recently order from this company. Before I could wonder where the plants were, they were at my doorstep. It was very easy to place the order online. My Black Tacca plant and Surinum Cherry arrived very safely packed, in a very timely manner. The prices are nice and the plants are healthy. I am very impressed and plan on making future purchases from them. Thanks Eldon for such a great experience.

As a fellow mail order company, it's safe to say I expect no less from people I buy from, than I expect from my self.

Eldon accessories does a top notch job with service, selection, and quality.

Their packing is exquisite, and stands up to some tough abuse, with no or very little shifting of the plants.

I ordered 3 musa basjoo. They came so well packed I was surprised. They even timed my shipping so that my plants didn't spend the weekend at the post office and die. This company is fantastic. Great service.

i am very pleased with the plants i purchased recently. the customer service was awesome too. the box was damaged in shipping (not their fault) and one of the plants was broken. i emailed and was given a replacement plant immediately. they have a good selection of tropical plants and the prices are right. on a side note, i found this company quite by accident while looking for a specific plant. the company name leads you to believe that they don't sell plants, but perhaps garden "objects". check them out for unusual tropicals!

Just received my plants and they look great. They were very well packaged, labelled and healthy. They have great prices. I highly recommend them and I'll definaetly order from them again.

Aside from great prices and a unique selection, they have great customer service...a response to my email regarding when my plants would be shipped was answered immediately, and the plants arrived only 2 days later in excellent shape. And I just received a follow up email this morning from them wanting to make sure my shipment arrived in good condition. The plants look fantastic - exactly like the picture...no wait, I take that back...the 'black mystic' bromeliad looks twice as good in person.

I love this place. I ordered a Black Bat Plant and Pink Princess for my first order. I was so happy that I just ordered the White Bat Plant. (Can't have an ebony without the Ivory) My pink princess won the heart of mom so I had to order her one also. I am glad they have such a great inventory. I totally recommend this company.

My first experience with Eldon Access was just terrific. I purchased both a black and white Tacca. The black was in bloom and arrived extremely healthy and beautifully packed. The white was fine too. Brigitta even included comprehensive planting instructions with special notes as to my zone. I'll definitely purchase from this site again without hesitation.

Found their website through Dave’s website as I was researching the fire spike plant or odontonema strictum last Sat, 8/5/06. Sent a question by email to the nursery at 9:22 PM and received a response at 9:45 PM Sat night! An individualized response, not automated! I had a few more questions, which were also answered promptly. I ordered three fire spike plants on Mon (8/7/06) and received the plants this Thu (8/10/06) in tip-top shape. They even had flowers already! After notifying Eldon when plants arrived, they responded with an email stating “Hope you like your new plants”. Well, I will love them. I would not have received this kind of service at a local nursery here in town.

This is a GREAT place. They answer the phone no matter what they are doing, take the order, give the total, let you know when it will shipped and how. Everthing was in great shape plus they added a very nice palm at no charge. They are now the only book mark I have for plants. I can't say enough good thing.

I first received the wrong plants. I handled it via email and it was corrected immediately. Both shipments were very well packaged allowing the plants to arrive in excellent condition. They even sent me a special gift for the inconvience.

The bottom line, they want you to be happy with your new plants and with their company and it shows.

I recently ordered a banana tree, pinapple, and a vine. They were shipped the week temps were in the high 90's and I was concerned about the condition they were going to arrive in, however, they got there in great shape. They were packed well, no wilting, everything looked wonderful. I was pleased. The prices and speed were great too. I will definitely order from them again.

Plants arrived as specified and in good condition. All plants well packaged and protected. My experience with this company was positive.

I can't say enough great things about this company. Just got a large shipment from them yesterday and every plant exceeded my expectations. The basjoo banana was 2' high (other nurseries were offering it at 3"-same price) The palms were very large and everything was extremely healthy and very well packed. The communications were the best of any nursery I have dealt with-I called her on a Sat afternoon at 5:30 and she answered and spent time helping me select plants-giving me accurate info on the size of them etc. I called back and added several things and it all came.
I will tell everyone about this nursery-I wish they all were this good!!! The order came within 5 days of ordering-and the shipping cost was the best I have seen yet.

This place is incredible!!!! If you are looking for fun, beautiful, unusual, the "rare", healthy, plants...look NO further because you have just found it! Not only are the plants, when you receive them so healthy and beautiful, package so well, but they are priced so reasonably that now anyone can afford to add that unusual plant to their collection.

it was just happenstance that i ended up at this site. i cannot say enough about how wonderful the communications were. an email every step along the way with my order. sometimes the one thing that makes the difference is the customer service. well, this place bends over backwards to assure that you are happy as can be.

i will be ordering yearly from them...that is for certain! you need just to take a look and you are hooked forever!

had a wonderful shipment of a triangle palms from Eldon's , very healthy and love em.. highly recommend ... shipped from florida to texas gulf coast,, ups had a delay and they were still wonderful and healthy... in texas soil now.. and doing great ..exceptional prices and services..

I ordered several Heliconias and other tropical plants. They were packed very carefully, and shipped with a careful eye on the weather so as not to damage the plants during the last vestiges of winter. The plants arrived in great shape with essentially no damage from the shipping process. I've potted them up and they are growing nicely. My experience with Eldon Accessories was very positive and I highly recommend them. I will order again next year!
