I ordered two trees, both which arrived in beautiful healthy condition. I was impressed at the size of the trees for the price. The trees were packed well and arrived very quickly. I will definitely do business with Bloom River again!

Top notch specialty nursery with some nice collectible conifers. Their web site is easily navigated and ordering is straight forward. My orders have arrived on time, well packaged, and match the online description . Email communication was personable and promplt. I plan on returning frequently to see what's new.

I ordered a rare, Japanese Maple from them last spring, which Fed Ex lost for 6 days in the heat of late May. The owner was very patient and kind to me, and reassured me that if the tree did finally show up, and the root ball was still wet, it probably would survive. It finally did show up, was much larger than I expected, twice the side of other Japanese Maples I'd received from other mail order companies. It was very sad looking - all the leaves were brown and shriveled. I planted it immediately, which the owner of Bloom River had advised me to do, and it did survive. It's my favorite plant in my garden - rare, and beautiful.

I recently purchased a 'Van den Akker' Chamaecyparis nootkatensis (Weeping Alaskan Cedar) from Bloom River Gardens. Their web site was easy to use and pricing, including shipping costs, were clearly spelled. The owners even e-mailed and called me to ask about my preferred delivery method and date.

The tree, which was about 2-1/2 feet tall, arrived on time, in excellent condition, and exactly as described online. It was a very nice looking and healthy speciman. I was particularly impressed at how well the folks at Bloom River secured and packaged my tree. Nice job! I would definitely recommend Bloom River Gardens to anyone.

Wow! This was my first impression as I unpacked the plants I had ordered. They were large and healthy and very securely packed - among the very best I have ever received. I placed my order on Monday and they both emailed me and called to ask if I would like the plants sent that day. This is clearly a first class nursery in every way. I recommend them highly.

Plants were very nice, the nicest that I've gotten online, nicely packed also, sent quickly. Other sources have given me plants that have obviously sat around for a long while, but Bloomriver sent more ones I would pick out if I had a choice so I was impressed.

I bought 3 Elymus magellanicus last October. I planted them right away. None of them survived the winter. I wrote to Bloom River, asking for replacements, but received no reply.

I ordered a Japanese Maple tree from Bloom River Gardens, and received a beautiful, large specimen. Because of the size of the tree, the shipping was almost half the cost of the tree, but it was extremely well packaged and worth the cost. There was no damage whatsoever, which was surprising due to it's size. Mark and Val, the owners, are extremely pleasant people to deal with, and very customer oriented. I defintely will order from them again in the future.

I ordered 2 Buxus microphylla var. koreana. They look wonderful! I did have to do some root pruning, but if they flourish in the garden next year, I will definitely be placing another order with them!

I ordered four Wisteria Vines from Bloom River Gardens and have never been more pleased with a plant order.I got a email confirming my order and emailed them back with a shipping request and what not and they actually picked up the phone and called me!! They are WONDERFUL! The Plants arrived today, and needless to say they are beautiful! Large four foot vines that have all of their leaves and are very green and healthy! I honestly cant tell that these plants just went through three or four days of shipping(with Fed Ex). I am very please with this company and will be doing more business with them in the future! I will also be recomending them to all of my gardening friends!

i recently ordered 2 conifers from bloomriver. shipping was speedy and the company contacted me twice to coordinate delivery. plants appear to be well grown and at least twice the size of the plants that i thought i would be receiving. considering that these were dwarf conifers that are very slow growing, i consider the plants that i received to be of an exceptional value. my first experience with them has been a pleasure and i look forward to ordering from them again.

Bloom River gives service that's personal and personable, timely and complete. I ordered two pieris with some trepidation, asking them to ship almost coast-to-coast. The plants arrived on time carefully packed, very much intact, at the size promised...and in beautiful condition. If you email a question or comment, you get a timely, in-person response. Truly nice place.

I received my order from this company recently and was extremly pleased when I opened the package--a beautiful, well-packaged plant. I was even more impressed with the communications I received from this company. I received personal e-mails confirming a fall shipment (I ordered during the summer), and again a week before shipment. You can tell they care about their plants and customers! I would most definitely recommend them!
