The scoop on 'A Touch of the Tropics'

I ordered from David several times this year and was very happy with the plants I received. They arrived quickly, and were big and beautiful and ready to bloom (one even bloomed the day after I pulled it out of the box!)

I can't believe I have not done this. David is not only a high quality business man, He is a very high qualiy person.
We talked for a long time and he was interested in me as a person. His wife seems just as wonderful.

If you have questions about what you buy, a problem all you have to do is ask him. High quality hibiscus and service.

Touch of the Tropic's sent me the healthiest 1 gallon plants I've ever received thru the mail.They arrived full of buds and ready to bloom
David is a very personable guy and will make sure you are happy with your new plants.

I ordered my first two hibiscus from Dave at "A Touch of The Tropics" late last spring of (2006).... All I can say is, WoW!!!... Those jokers were huge..... I was even more awe struck when the first blooms started appearing..... I've never seen such beautiful blooms on such healthy plants.... Needless to say, I already have my order in for a few more to be shipped this spring.....

So far, I've only purchased one hibiscus from David, the Black Dragon, from his ebay site. What a beautiful healthy plant! Upon arrival, it had about 5 small buds, and my first one should be opening any day now. This plant was packaged beautifully and transferred right into my garden with no problem whatsoever, as a matter of fact, it is absolutely thriving. I'll definitely be looking forward to purchasing more from this terrific company.

In Aug. of 2006 I purchased my first (but not last) Hibiscus from David at 'A Touch of the Tropics'. It was the most amazing plant I have ever received. It had two great big buds on it and about 5 others. Within 2 days of receiving the plant the 2 buds opened up and I was really amazed at the size of the flowers. This is a very healthly plant and it is about 18 inches tall. IMOHO no one can go wrong by ordering from David. He has the very best Hibiscus on the market. David @ A Touch of the Tropics gives the kind of customer service you rarely find these days, patient and happy to help you find the perfect plant...but then, aren't they all perfect? Visiting their website is a dangerous undertaking- I'm relieved I can't go to the place in person or I'd be in big big trouble...lol

His plants are huge, healthy, and blooming out of the box. I've bought from him several times, and have never been disappointed!

Outstanding plants! I ordered 3 hibiscus and David called me personally and told me they had been experiencing bad weather and one of the plants was not as large as he normally ships and asked if he couldn't ship it at a later date.
The other two plants were much larger than expected and covered with full buds.
This nursery is a class act.

David runs a high class nursery! I enjoyed my visit and bought some very beautiful plants.
He and his family couldn't be nicer! And all the plants are healthy and gorgeous! Large specimens for sale! I highly recommend this vendor!

The selection is amazing and the size of the flowers are unbelievable.
