I was looking on the internet & ran across this website. I have used Kemp's Incubators several times over the last 10 years & they are always helpful,... have great prices too. Highly suggest them as they are very knowledgeable. They even donated an incubator to our school.
I too wish I had read all previous feedback. Bought Genesis incubator on Ebay on a Buy-It-Now. Paid immediately on March 13th. It is now April 6th and still no sign of incubator, no tracking #, no personal response to my email wondering where the heck is my incubator. I guess I will have to file a complaint with PayPal also. It is a very SLOW and a very bad process to deal with this person..he wants his money right now and then makes you wait over a month to send you the product! I purchased a new COMBO Incubator and Automatic Egg Turner from him on a on-line auction, i used PayPal so he had the money right away. he said he needed 3 days to process the order
then 2 or 3 days for US Postal Service Priority Mail. After 25 days and fertile eggs i had to throw away...Still nothing from them!..Not even a tracking number. I had to file a Seller Non-Performance complaint to the auction site and open a complaint to PayPal to get my funds back! After looking at all his feedback I wish I never had a deal with this person. so to sum it up...if you want to wait forever and like to fight alot....buy something from him
