Zone 9 Tropical had two hard to find tropical plants that I needed ASAP!! Shipped them to me promptly. They were in excellent condition! I'm very pleased with my shopping and ordering experience with this company. Will definately use them again and I highly recommend them! Wayne was a huge help! Excellent communication!

Zone 9 is THE BOMB! Wayne is a great communicator, and very knowledgeable. Placed my third order today for five flowering vines. Wasn't going to order for awhile, but I rec'd e-mail from Wayne that two plants I ordered in Dec. '07 were now available. (Back in Jan. '08, had not rec'd credit for out-of-stocks for Dec. order, and e-mailed Zone 9. Got communication, and credit, immediately.) Packaging has been wonderful--plants even survived an extra three days after arriving when I was away on business. My Pink Lemonade Honeysuckle was in bloom when I unpacked it a few mos ago. Since I've planted the Zone 9 vines, Dutchman's Pipe is blooming, Costa Rican Nightshade is going nuts w/blooms, and Honeysuckle continues to thrive. I would recommend Zone 9 to anyone--you won't be disappointed! (See my comment under Logees--didn't have good experience w/them at all...)_

I recently bought a Culebra Brugmansia from Zone 9. before buying, they said it was a small plant. When I received it, it was a very nice plant ( I didn't think it small), and the packaging was excellent, and the shipping very fast. Their communication with customers is like no other ! All I can say is Zone 9 is superior !! Edna

Just received my second order from Wayne. The plants were beautiful and well packaged. It's so great to order from someone who sends such healthy, good sized plants. I'll definately order from him again. Check them out, you'll definately find something you just have to have.

I had ordered for a Rangoon creeper, and boy! did it come on time, and I wanted it to be delivered to my office. All my friends were very curious to know, what it looks like, when we opened it, we were pleasantly surprised to see that it had this beautifull bunch of flowers, and an awesome fragrance. The packing was fantastic, the plant was not bruised. A lot of my friends have decided to order their plants from Zone 9. It was indeed a very good experience. I would highly recommend using them.

My experience with Wayne at Zone 9 was outstanding! Although there was a shipping problem with my plant, when I called to speak w/ Wayne about the issue he was incredibly quick in returning my call and customer service was fantastic. I will definitely shop this vendor again if I need anything by mail. Great customer service, and plant was packaged with obvious care. Overall terrific experience.

I bought passion flowers from these nice people... Wayne even called me when one was out of stock. I got very healthy plants. Much bigger then any I have gotten off of ebay... These people get my business from now on... I am waiting until tomorrow when I believe 5 more come...

I ordered 4 plants including a banana tree and passion flower vine. They arrived within a week, expertly packed. The plants were all healthy, all very green. This guy knows what he's doing! I highly recommend Zone 9 Tropicals.

I give this company an A++ all-around. I've mail ordered/online ordered tropical elsewhere and the other plants just don't compare. I bought a jade vine from them a few weeks ago. I was so surprised at how big and healthy the actual plant was when it arrived. It was packed professionally and even the new leaves were in good condition. I would order from them again and recommend them as a great source for tropicals, from the looks of this beauty- they know what they're doing.

I expected bare root plants in a bag. Instead I received huge, gorgeous, plants in pots that were packed so incredibly well there was not so much as a speck of potting soil out of place when they arrived! The care this company takes with packing is truly amazing. I ordered Akebia quinata, Chocolate Vine (gal) and it was a full growing plant.
Fantastic Plant, not 1 leaf lost in shipping, very "Tight" packed with foam protection for plant, larger than I expected & vigorously growing.

I ordered a Dombeya x Seminole (Pink Cloud) from Zone 9. It came with not one leaf out of place, and was in bloom. They emailed when it was being shipped, and it showed up right on time. No doubt, they will get my business again. : )

This was the first time I have purchased plants from a mail order company. I completed the purchase online and was able to check my order status online as well. My plants (quisqualis indica and alpina nutans) arrived exactly when I expected them to, according to their shipping information. They were packed with the utmost care and were very healthy. I live in the Mississippi Gulf Coast and plants have not been readily available here especially ones that I really wanted. I found Zone9Tropicals and asked them for a specific plant which they were able to locate for me. I ordered four plants and when I got them I was more than surprised. I was very excited. This is an outstanding company!! I have ordered from them on two separate occasions, a couple of months apart. Both times I was thrilled with my plants. They were big, healthy specimens. They came beautifully packed - it was very obvious that there was much care and thought given to getting these plants through the mail in the safest manner. Finally I think that it is worth mentioning that not only were the plants beautiful when I got them - but all of them took right off, there was no "adjustment period" that I have often experienced when ordering plants from other companies. I look forward to doing plenty of business with this Zone 9 Tropicals in the future!

July 8, 2006: I just recieved my order from Zone 9 Tropicals and I was extremely pleased. All the plants were really large, healthy, labeled and packed very well. They shipped them out right away and I couldn't ask for more !! I will definitely order from them again!!

I purchased a caesalpinia that was delivered quickly and was much larger than I expected. Purchase was made easy by using Paypal, too. I will definitely purchase from Zone 9 again.
