Ordered Mason Bee tubes and liners on 13 Jan 17 and have not received the order, but I was charged for the merchandise. It looks like I have been ripped off. They no longer have a website and cannot be contacted by phone. This is a huge disappointment since I have been a loyal customer since Brian Griffin started the company many years ago. Not sure where to go from here. I think Lisa or someone from the Novich/Griffin clan should stand up and tell their customers what happened.
I placed an order on 2-1-2017 and now the website is MIA. I have attempted to contact them to see if my order will be shipped, but I'm not optimistic based on all the comments on their facebook page about missing and forgotten orders. Buyer beware. The good news is, I wasn't charged for it yet, the bad news is, I really need what I ordered and I don't know if I will be charged and then maybe not get it. I'll be happy to change this review if the situation changes.
Terrible Company. I ordered Bees from them and they were out, so I was told all orders were to go for the next year.
Well next year came and no bees. I contact the company, and tried to resolve the problem. I had to contact the BBB, and they would not even finish responding to them. I tried to be as nice as possible, as I believe problems happen, and there was a screw up somewhere along the lines, but the bottom line is this company just blew me off, and I believe had no intention of even trying to resolve this. You can look at the BBB for yourself, to see that the company did not respond.
