November 26, 2011 | Bought over 20 container fruit trees. Most with trunk calibers of 1 1/2+. All have survived and have produced fruit. RSI grafts off-patent scions from Dave Wilson and LE Cooke onto more salinity forgiving rootstocks that do well here in the largely calcaneous soils of Arizona. As a result, their trees do well here in Phoenix, unlike the majority of stuff found at our local nurseries and big box retailers. RSI is currently the only local grower of deciduous stone fruit in Arizona as well. Very, very happy with my purchase. |
