This was my first time ordering from Summer Hill. Shipping was quick, there was a handwritten personal note attached along with extra seeds of a different variety of seeds that I ordered. Very pleased, will definitily order again!

Very impressed with this company. Was my first time ordering seeds from the internet and didn't really know what to expect. I liked that they sent e-mailed updates about when my order shipped & the e-mail address. Wonderful company! Fairly priced and they send bonuses that are based on your order - I ordered some plants for a new flower bed for my daughter and they sent me a package of seeds that I'd been looking for everywhere and unable to find as a bonus! Great communication and customer service - I can't say enough nice things about this company.

I chose to order from this company because of the good reviews on this website, and I could not be more pleased that I did! My order was shipped just a day or two after placing it, and it arrived by the end of the same week. These aren't commercial packets, but rather glassine envelopes within little plastic bags, but they are well marked, with clean seed and the seed counts are very generous. They also gifted some seeds that were very much the kind I would have chosen for myself. I had ordered all variegated varieties, and the gift seeds were also for variegated plants. Putting that kind of thought into an order is impressive. I will definately be ordering from these folks again! A wonderful experience in every way!

On a scale of 1 to 10, Summer Hill Seeds is a 15! Ordering from Robin was a refreshing, feel good experience that definitely brought a smile to my face. Super fast shipping to Alaska, a personal, handwritten note, great packaging with individual directions...and bonus seeds to top it all off. It was obvious she took the time to select bonus seeds that would complement what I'd purchased, along with taking my growing conditions into account. The website is easy to navigate, a pleasure to peruse and complete (meaning pictures, not just descriptions)...I will ditto all the other positive reviews...and then add 5 stars on top!

Never had such a pleasant surprise like with this Company.
They have hard to find out- of usual seed offers. The price is very moderate and the shipping was done the same day I ordered and I received it within 10 days, which is fast considering it had to be shipped all the way to Europe!
I too was touched by the personal handwritten note where she thanked me even so I had only ordered 1 single packet of seeds. To my surprise I even got a gift on top of a similar type like I had ordered!!! The seeds were beautifully packed with much care and love with an individual instruction for each type besides a whole letter with general seed-germination instructions!

This is in regards to the wonderful service I had at summerhill seeds. Robin's service was exceptional. She returns e-mails immediately, and send free gifts. I had purchased seeds, received them within 7-10 days, as I'am in Canada. Most of my purchases were for tropicals, which take time to germinate, but the seed looked fresh, and was well packaged. If you want to buy from someone who clearly enjoys her job, and customers, give her website a try.

Summerhill Seed carries hard to find seeds. The selection is great. I received my order quickly and error free. The customer service with this company is above any that I have received with any other seed company. I love the fact that they took to the time to include a hand written note with my order. The seeds are packaged very well with very clear information on each. The extras that they sent with my order were wonderful. It was like they read my mind as to what else I would love. Recently received my first order from this company. I too enjoyed the nice touch of a plant marker with each seed packet. Response was swift and accurate, and I was very surprised to see the variety of rare plants which they carried, many of which are variegates that come true from seed. The crowning touch for me was not just that they did include extras which were not cheap fillers, but rather were packets from among the standard offerings in the catalog. That they took the time to choose for me some extra seeds which they guessed would fit my interests based on what I did order, showed an exceptional interest in cultivating not only customers, but gardening friends. First class all the way.

I found ordering from their web site very easy. I just received my order and am very pleased with it. The seeds were well packaged with clear germination instructions for each pkt., and even a little plastic plant label in each pack.(I thought this was a nice touch)
They even sent along some free seeds!

The site was easy to use and the selection of seeds was really nice. I found seed varieties that I haven't seen before. The order came quickly, and was packed very well.
