I got in on the last day of the co-op (12/31/07). I got an email from Larry shortly after I placed the order and then the package shipped the same day. I received my order on 1/03/08--very fast even with the holiday. I will definitely order from here in the future.

Was very pleased with the customer service and one-on-one shopping assistance. I found ECOM through the P-Touch label co-op here on DG but with the way that was set up, we actually ordered directly from the business and I would not hesitate to do so again.

Ordered P-touch tapes through the co op on DG. The prices were excellent and about half of what I can get locally at a well-known office supply store. Customer service was helpful and pleasant. My items arrived in great shape within two to three days. I would definitely order more from them in the future. I recommend them highly. I appreciate the co op opportunity they have given us on DG.

Joined co-op (May'07) and ordered on the 9th, got shipping confirmation on the 10th, and received my package on the 12th! Can't beat that for service! Packaging was superior in addition to being such a BARGAIN! Will definitely purchase labels from them from now on!

Contacted this company because I wanted to find out if they would include tapes for my labeler in a DG co-op. Left a message for the contact person, and he called me back the next day. He was extremely pleasant, and said he was willing to give me the co-op discount on the labels that fit my printer. He gave me great prices. I calculated what I thought it would cost (about half of what I would have paid at any local office supplies store), plus shipping. When I received the invoice, it was to the penny what I had figured.
Shipping was very fast, too. I would definitely do business with these folks again.

Ecom Office Supplies carries Brother Tape Labelers and Supplies and the tape cartridges are the least expensive I could find. Much less than even the discount office supply stores. They also carry the industrial or heavy duty type that I like to use on my plant markers.

In addition, I placed my order on Sunday and I received my tapes on Wednesday. Can't ask for more
