August 7, 2008 | I am in the unfortunate position of having to go through the County Court to obtain reimbursement from this awful company because they ignore emails & hope you will just go away. After selling me a pair of wooden garden steamer/chairs which have proved to be totally unfit for the purpose for which they were sold, (the woodstain used on them has come off on our clothes/hands & also ruined our new patio slabs).They ignore any attempt to correspond directly to try to resolve the problem with the customer - leaving me with no alternative but the legal route. Steer clear if I were you!!! |
