Note from the Garden Watchdog editors...This user's email address is the same as the company representative's email address.
It is the stated policy of the Watchdog that companies cannot create multiple usernames and pose as customers to inflate their own rating. The rating was changed from positive to neutral so that it would not affect the overall rating given by customers.
