January 31, 2013 | I ordered a mushroom kit and paid through their website. A week went by with no further contact. I emailed them and asked for an update and a tracking number. They provided a bad tracking number. Pretty poor service for expensive shipping ($22 for one product) ... and the product has still not arrived. |
