Although the fruit trees were a bit pricey, we like to support local businesses. To our dismay, EN does not guarantee their trees. Even the local mass merchandisers guarantee their trees for the first year.

One of the trees we bought from EN did not seem to be healthy from the time they planted it in our yard and it didn't survive; less than a year later, it is dead!. When we tried to resolve the issue, they were not even sympathetic, nor were they interested in coming to a compromise.

The person we spoke to seemed to be very defensive and refused to consider the possibility that something other than 'mother nature' caused the tree to die.

Let the buyer beware...EN can only be as good as the trees they sell.
