Positive	MusaRojo (7 reviews) March 21, 2007	I purchased two 12” single tip plumeria cuttings from this merchant’s eBay (seller name gover314) listings. The cuttings were fresh, thick, healthy, and clearly labeled. Shipping was prompt and the cuttings were well packaged in a U. S. Postal Service priority mailing box with delivery confirmation. An email from me during the auction was responded to promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again either from the retail site or an eBay listing.
