I have ordered from Enoch's and the experience far exceeded the descriptor of "excellent." In truth Aubrey jr has far surpassed any expectation of customer service. The experience was so great and the product ordered so good, I ordered more the next year and shall be doing so in 2013 for an order to be delivered in 2014. Aubrey jr. has been a wealth of of information to aid me in my fledgeling berry growing operation and when we had an issue of some of the root cuttings not growing, he without question, replaced them free of charge for the next growing season when they were available, no questions asked if it were my planting practice or not. He is a valuable resource and in my estimation a man of solid chartacter as I'm sure was his father who instilled these ideals to him. Terry Johnson of Karolyn's Gardens. Ohio
I placed an order to email@example.com to find that it does not work. I have called 870-653-2512 and left messages that I wanted to purchase Blackberry root cuttings and have not recieved a call back and now it says that they are out of root cuttings. I have tried for weeks to do business with these folks. I guess when Aubrey died the customer service died with him. Here at Enoch's Berry Farm we are a one man operation. One man, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 12 chickens, and 9 goats. I keep the u-pick berry patch and plant and harvest blackberry plants to sell. It's a great life and always busy. I have no unanswered e-mail. I have one unanswered v-mail that came in at 3:52 on Friday, 2/17/12 that appears to be this negative commenters call. He made his complaint here on Sunday. 2/19/12. I've had posted on my website for at least a week that I'm sold out of blackberry root cuttings. I've filled 43 plant orders i this year with no complaints. I've had at least a half dozen customers respond that they received plants or cuttings in good order. Two folks ordered more after receiving their first order. I am taking orders for next year. I fill orders by contact date. I took two orders today for next year. If I make a crop I'll call these folks back in the fall and take their credit card info. at that time, but they will have the priority date of 2/20/12.
I answer and return calls when I'm sold our as that is how I get orders for next year. I'm sorry this commenter was so impatient. This is a very busy time here on the farm.

i order my berry plants in october....they could not be delivered until january....got them january 22.....and they are EXCELLENT. very helpful. i will order from them again.
