I have bought over 100 palm seedlings over the year and have received only the biggest and best plants. They only cost me 5 dollars each and were shipped quickly. This nursery also has live plants of the more rare trachycarpus species and sabal Louisiana On June 17th, 2012, lytkinedennis added the following:

I ordered a Cyathea cooperi (Australian tree fern) from RTN. It arrived damaged, fronds smashed and the stalk loosely attached to root ball. Their website's warranty policy statement is that once product leaves their nursery they are not responsible for any damages and buyer has to deal with shipper, all this despite the shodding packing they did in shipping fern to me. Will never buy from Rolling Thunder Nursery again.

I recently purchased two three plants from Rolling Thunder Nursery (a fern, a small cycad, and a Selaginella). The order arrived quickly and in excellent condition !
