Negative	abqorchid Albuquerque, NM (1 review) September 8, 2008	In April, I ordered 20 pounds of live Spanish moss through the company's website. I received a box containing 10 pounds of moss. I wrote an email to the company asking for a refund. I was strung along for several weeks before they stopped responding to me altogether. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They received no response from the company either.
