On 02/14/2008 I placed a $320.97 online order for a NurseryPro UltraKlean filter from Pond Appeal, upon which they promptly charged my credit card, collecting the full amount.
I have made several attempts to contact the Owners, Sandy and Cory Shaleen, via email and telephone to get a shipment date or refund, and all to no avail. They will not return my email or phone calls. They operate a site at http://www.pondappeal.com. I suggest that you stay way from these people if you don't want to lose your money. What a shame!

It's only fair to post up that after filing a complaint with the local bbb, and posting numerous comments on other forums about this apparently failed transaction, I finally received an email from Pond Appeal 1 month later, stating that the full amount would be refunded since the item was unavailable, which they did, 3 days later.
