I ordered some Agribon row cover. After waiting a few weeks I inquired as to the disposition of the order and was informed they were to receive a shipment from their supplier in a few days and then the product would be shipped.
I was dismayed to get several e-mails a few days later indicating that the supply did not arrive and while they were promised a new shipment they did not believe it would be delivered and issue a refund for my order.
Normally these things irritate me, but I understand they are middlemen and they are experiencing a supply chain issue beyond their control. And while a discount for a future order would have been a nice touch, I appreciate the sincere manner in which they handled this. Their overall "tone" said much and the way they handled this situation left an positive impression with me. So I will probably place an order next year and try them again.

Was very impressed with this company, first of all by their selection of organic garden products which are often hard to find, but also by the amount of information on the site about each product. I was also especially impressed by the customer service, when I called I got straight through to a voice and not a computer, which surprised me, and the guy who I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I ordered my items which were very reasonably priced and got a very polite letter to accompany my tracking number once the items sent. I would definitely recommend this company to other people and will buying from them again.
