February 01, 2009 | Staff was friendly and helpful, but charged me $1400 for a $700 Dadant M00401 Ranger Power Extractor. I expected a little markup, but this seems kind of high. Probably my own fault for researching prices online after making the purchase. Guess I will need to be buying equipment online for a while to make up for my mistake.
