March 23, 2009 | I ordered 5 Artemisia silver mound plants about and month or two ago- and had the shipping delayed until ground was workable. Just received healthy bare roots and they refunded the "winter shipping" charge. So as long as these bare roots grow I am quite happy with this company and their customer service. Will report later when plants start to grow, |
