September 7, 2009 | I purchased a bamboo lako on June 25, 2009 and paid by Paypal. After several weeks passed I still hadn't received it. I was going on vacation (July 18) and worried it would die if it arrived while I was gone. I contacted Marc at the company and he said he'd send it when I returned (July 26). I still never got it and emails and phone call messages were not returned. As a last result, I filed with Paypal for non-receipt of goods. Paypal ruled in my favor however South Florida Bamboo Company had pulled all the money out of their account so I was never compensated. This company has a pretty website but their customer service is lacking. No plant ever sent plus I'm out of my money- don't let this happen to you! |
