They have very poor packaging (See images - http://picasaweb.google.com/113640539509860848127/PrairiePla...) for retail shipping and plants arrive very dried and out of their pots with root dirt distributed all over the box. Customer service in response to this problem was terrible. (See email exchange - http://picasaweb.google.com/113640539509860848127/PrairiePla...)
On April 26th, 2011, yielder changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following:
PPS has changed its packaging - see http://goo.gl/4LUEV. I have not used them since first ordering from them in 2009 so I do not know if their customer service has improved. Nonetheless, I've changed my rating from negative to neutral.
