The bulbs are of good quality but the service was not. They charged my debit card for a canceled order (due to not shipping per schedule) and would not credit my account. I had to call them several times over a couple of weeks to get them to act on this problem. Customer service has a attitude!!! Never use a debit card with this company. A credit card is better because they will protect you from this inconsiderant company. As a small business, it was frustrating to have my money tied up by colorblends.

We apologize for being slow on crediting this customers account. Our records
indicate the customer placed the order on October 7th. The order
was packed on October 8th. Recorded temperatures in the Chicago area were 87 degrees F on October 9th and 10th so we stopped shipping.
After temperatures cooled on October 11th the customers card was charged before shipping. Later that same day the order was cancelled because we could not honor an October 12th delivery date.
Our records indicate on October 17th we credited
her account back. Again we are sorry about the delay on crediting the account."
