I ordered from Snow Pond due to the positive ratings in the Garden Watchdog and I was not disappointed. I placed an internet order on a Sunday morning and received my order the following Thursday. I am very pleased with this company

I ordered Hinder on Feb. 27, '06 and on March 11 I had not received it nor had I heard from the company. I called them 3 times and e-mailed them twice and no response. I was getting worried that I had been duped. Finally on March 14 I heard from Dave Smith and he explained the mix up. Hinder was back ordered and no one notified me. He was very nice about it and shipped me another product, Shake Away, and didn't charge me anything. I would have paid him for it for I am not a person who expects something for nothing. I am very pleased with the way he handled it. I was nervous that I had made a terrible mistake and was so relieved to find out that he was a very honest person. Thank you Dave. Diane
We own & opperate a small speciality Farm & you know price we pay out is very important. However Trust in your provider, is more important. When as the Garden Moderator for DIY, I posted Garden Watch Dog & told everyone to buy with confidence now. Of course it will only work if you post about the good, as well as the bad businesses.
When I placed our 1st order, I had just a little more info than lesuh had, I had lesuh post, & what I read on their site. A very informanitive & easy to use site, & that counts a lot when you are a grower, with a tight line to walk.
Now for what you and I love to read about, the problems & how they are resolved, or not. Well my shipment came on time Friday June 18th 2004, & we were sent 8oz instead of the 16oz bottle of Potato beetle beater, we had ordered.
Monday Morning I got a call from Dave Jones, he said he got my e-mail, & wanted to make everything right. He said that he would do what it took to make us happy. I will be getting the other 8oz bottle by USPS right away, & yes he did say he was sorry for what had happened.
We had been dealing with Ridabug.com however they left their site up & running taking our credit card #s & they just left town. I got this from, the poor people who shared business space with ridabug.com, & get angery calls everyday.
Now we have found a great new place to buy our Organic needs & we feel real good about Snow Pond Farm Supply. C'mon folks give them a thumbs up if you like them, giving all our fellow Farmers, & Gardeners a heads up on the good & honest dealers, helps everyone of us.

My first online purchase was with Snow-Pond and i was a bit skeptical about the company having not found any reviews about them. I ordered 2 (diatomaceous earth and a flea trap) products from them and was glad to see that they provide quite a few choices for shipping (UPS and USPS), so I chose 2-3 day USPS priority mail. After completing my online order i immediately received an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation the following day. Three days later my order arrived along with the receipt's copy of the transaction. Overall i was very happy to have done business with Snow-Pond. They had the lowest prices for the products i purchased and orders arrived on time.
