Very pleased with this company. I ordered 7 iris and received 14 , how can you complain about that? I've ordered from lots of mail order companies and Snowpeak is on top of my list.

Ordered some dwarf iris from Denise. I had to delete one variety from my order, when the total with shipping, got too high for my budget.
When I opened the box, I not only saw very generous amounts of the ones I had ordered, but she even surprised me by including many starts of the variety that I had felt I needed to delete. She made my day!!
They were very healthy, and disease free. They were well-packed, and shipped very quickly.
I am very pleased with my order, and intend to order from her, again. She is very pleasant, friendly, and generous lady.
I went from being worried at first, that I was spending too much for what I was going to get, to opening my box, and feeling like a got a great bargain.

Denise was very generous and sent two bonus iris along with my order of 10, not to mention the ones I ordered were more like two for the price of one, as many rhizomes as she sent. They were nice and healthy too, and at a reasonable price. They have a great selection and I had a hard time stopping at 10, so I just might go back and order again right away. I know if I ever need more irises, I will definitely go back to Snowpeak Iris and Daylilies. I highly recommend this company.

Ordered 16 Siberian Iris this year for spring delivery. Prompt e-mails back confirming order and shipping date. When iris arrived all were large divisions (most 5+ fans, and one was 21 fans!) and well packed (water jel around roots, wrapped in wet paper towel, with everything inside a plastic bag secured with a rubber band). A couple of iris were sold out and substitutes included; but the subs were nice newer cultivars. Two bonus iris included as well. Only one small problem in that one of the iris's packaging broke and it arrived dried out. Reported this to Denise and she offerred to ship a replacement right away. I will definitely be ordered from Snowpeak again.

First time ordering from Snowpeak Iris and Daylily. Received my order today and was VERY pleased. Well grown, healthy irises. Extremely generous with what is ordered and gifts included. Denise was very friendly and helpful and was able to schedule my shipment right when I wanted it. I love the selection here, some hard to find irises in the stock. I will be ordering again next year. By the way, I already have my entire order planted. ;-)

Then, when it arrives it is fantastic in health and size. She's very generous with her divisions and gifts. Clearly it's a labor of love for her to provide top quality plants. I think this is my 3rd time and I've never been disappointed. I have always had prompt, courteous communication and shipping has always been right when I desired.
Snowpeak stays "bookmarked" on my favorites list and I visit all the time and daydream....now if I could only find room for more siberian irises....she has loads I want and I am sure I would get the same top quality divisions I get from her bearded irises.
This is my second year ordering from Denise and I have been very pleased with the results. She was very generous with bonuses and extras, and while the rhizomes she sends tends to be a bit on the smaller size compared to some places they usually always take off and spread just as well as the larger rhizomes.

They have the best prices all around, the quickest email replys and some really nice bulbs! I will order earlier next year to get iris' that were sold out on this years crop.
Ordered my first batch of Iris - am totally satisfied with email communication, prices, shipping, timing, quality etc. Will definitely be ordering again. They have a great selection as well.

I ordered from snowpeak for the first time this year. They responded very fast and sent the iris at planting time. Wonderful looking plants. One was a little small- so they sent 2.! They also sent 4 bonus iris. Great company.

Ordered over 20 iris. Received a discount on the order as well as bonus Iris. All were healthy, and all have overwintered well and bloomed this summer. Would order from again...
Lovely experience purchasing from Denise. Personalized service with care and quality. I came away feeling like I'd made a good friend just talking irises by e-mail. The enthusiasm and love is evident in each transaction and the bonus irises are selected to the customer's taste. Green thumbs up. Way way up!
I am very happy with my orders from Snowpeak Iris, the rhizomes were freshly dug, clean and very large. The website is user friendly and includes photos of most iris. The shipping was very quick and packaged very well. The prices are reasonable and bonus iris were included.
Received my very first order with Snowpeak and the rhizomes are in excellent shape; large and healthy. Some actually look more like two than one. Great service too...some I had ordered were out of stock and within hours of placing the order I had been notified and was able to specify my substitutes. I also received bonus rhizomes that I had not expected. I plan to order again with Snowpeak for those out-of-stock items.

We have been ordering from Denise for three years, always get wonderful healthy plants and many bonuses. Snowpeak is our "grower of choice". Prices are good, and service is excellent.
I have ordered from Snowpeak several times. Plants are always healthy and well worth the cost. Shipment is timely and plants are packaged in a manner that prohibits damage.
I plan to continue my relationship with Dee for as long as she is in business.
I placed a late season order of mostly 'sale' items and received quick shipment and healthy looking rhizomes. Denise was in communication with me about my order. I will order from them again next year.
In late summer 2001, I ordered several hundred dollars' worth of bearded iris from six different growers. SNOWPEAK IRIS in Oregon was absolutely outstanding in every way: Friendly service; packaging, shipping, and PREMIUM QUALITY of rhizomes--large, fresh (just-dug) fleshy, healthy...absolutely the best. The other growers came nowhere near them in quality. Of some of the other growers, I was absolutely shocked to see what they sent--some of the rhizomes weren't more than an inch long, tiny, thin, some shriveled, and weak leaves. After-the-sale advice was prompt, courteous, and caring. They encouraged me to contact them if there were questions or problems. I'll do all repeat business with them.
