I placed an order over a month ago, and have received nothing so far. I don't know if my credit card is charged. They don't answer e-mails. They did answer my first message from their web site "communication form" asking my order number - I sent the order number immediately but there has been no answer ever since. It's of course still possible that everything turns out just fine, but I have a bad feeling about this anyway.
On March 30th, 2006, JartsaP added the following:
Finally I received a reply from eSeeds telling that my order is shipped. They explained that the delay was caused by some tree seeds which did not seem to be of good quality and were excluded from the shipment. I'll wait until I see the actual seed packet and what has been charged from my credit card account. If everything is OK, I'll consider changing my rating to neutral. On April 3rd, 2006, JartsaP changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following:
I finally received the order, and two bonus packets were attached. On the other hand, two of the packets I ordered were obsolete. Credit card bill looks ok. Faster delivery and better communication would have raised this rating to positive.
I ordered tomato seeds from this company and it took two messages by e-mail to get the relatively small order (6 types). I did receive an e-mail apologising for the delay and was sent a free package of tomato seeds to compensate.
I will try them again next year with a small order to see how things go.
I ordered seed from this company this spring. Part of the seeds were available from US suppliers. Part came from the United Kingdom- seeds that I could not find here. Delivery was slow but the seeds were delivered. They even sent a "free" package of last years seeds for an item that was not available this year. But Beware. They overcharged and refused to respond to inquiries.
