I have been calling and emailing Rock Spray and leaving messages since early Spring to try to order a collection of Heather. They never called me or emailed me back, and now according to their recorded message they have stopped shipping for the season. Based on this experience I give them big thumbs down.
I have ordered from this company several times and as far as I can recall nothing has gone well. My last order they forgot to put a plant that I had ordered into the box. Last time, half of my order was substituted. And I had planned so carefully as to foliage color and such. One substituted plant was exactly what I did not want. My husband ordered shears for me and they did not send the sheath. Later on, after some correspondance they sent the wrong size. Finally after more email, they sent the correct sheath. This last order they sent the plant that they had ommitted but it is somewhat brown and looks like it is definitely stressed and really small, I do not know if it will survive. Sorry, but I am just tired of dealing with them and will try someone else next time.
