I have placed numerous orders with Midwest Hydroponic Supplies. Due to security concerns, they require customers to phone-in orders if totals exceed $100.00. I have had the pleasure to speak with a half dozen of their employees. It is rare and impressive to find every employee with whom I have spoken, infallibly courteous, efficient, and keenly knowledgeable. That makes ordering on the phone a simple and enjoyable process.
Moreover, the manager possesses a wonderful sardonic sense of humor and is enjoyable to deal with. My morning orders ship the same day. I appreciate that Midwest Hydroponic Supplies does not inflate their shipping costs and packs their orders with care and attention to detail.
It is a pleasure dealing with this knowledgeable and conscientious business.

by Fedex ground shipping, arrived in great condition also.
I'm in shipping and boxes over 30 pounds take a tremendous beating.
Goods as advertised at a Good Price, Fast Shipping and Good Packing.
Can't ask more than that.
