Rec'd 16 16"-18"green giant thujas in peat pots in excellent condition. Extremely helpful customer service. Would definately recommend!

Well I followed the planting instructions..including fluffing around the thujas with straw pre-winter '08 but unfortunately Wisconsins harsh winter caused every single one to brown up entirely.

I wanted to give the botany shop a negative but the plants was very good shape and price very reasonable. The problem I had was with the Manager. Everytime I communcated with him, He was yelling, He was rude and obnoxious, treated the customer like they dont care. I really doubt I will return any business

I ordered 8 one gallon Thuja Green Giants in April. They shipped and were received right on time. Their condition was good but not excellent (one container was low on dirt with some roots exposed). I think they will do fine. We'll see after a year. I did appreciate all the information supplied on the web site.

I now judge the plants I received in April as only being fair. A few only had limited bottom branches - meaning they were grown to close to each other. They also appeared to have powdery mildew on them. They are now growing as stated. We will just have to see if the bottom branches fill in. I found Green Giants in local nursery after I bought these and they were in much better condition so if I had to do it over again I would have bought from nursery.

The 7 plants I have are doing well now. The first season they grew between 12 and 28 inches and the second season they grew between 45 and 34". They are now all between 7ft and 7ft 8" tall. I still am not impressed with what I initially received for the reasons already stated but I do like the plant and they are now doing well. It really has helped to put a 5ft mulched bed around them and water them when dry. I gave the 8th plant to my neighbor and he did neither. His has only grown a foot compared to ours growing 4+ feet in two years.
