I ordered 3 fuchsias and they arrived in beautiful condition. One already had a couple of blooms. The packaging was great. I am very pleased with my order and will order again in the future.
I've ordered from them for several years. The plants always arrive exactly when I request and in great condition. They are small but once planted grow like weeds. I am completely satisfied with all of my transactions with this company.

This year was the first time I have ordered from Select Seeds. Order was delivered in a timely manner; germination rates for the seeds I ordered are 100%; plants grown from seed are healthy and ready to transplant to the outdoors. In addition, they offered seeds that I cannot find locally or at any other mail order company. I would definitely buy from this company again!

I received my order today and could not be happier! The plants were healthy, in perfect condition and packaged so well that not a leaf was damaged or out of place. And less than a teaspoon of potting soil had been spilled. I. will definitely order from Select Seeds again

I've been a fan of Select Seeds for several years, but never have I been more pleased than this season. The nicotiana arrived in perfect condition despite its large brittle leavaes and has bloomed on and on since May. My favorite is the company's unusual lime green flowering tobacco, although the crimson bedder and bella are gorgeous as well. Their new collections are worth checking out, too. My "cottage flowers fall wildflower carpet" is amazing in its combination of asters and golden rod. I never expected so many flowers the first year. This company is well worth patronizing for its unusual offerings and healthy plants.
This year I ordered 3 'golden glow' plants. They came when promised and were so healthy that they were ferocious. Now, despite cats, raccoons and drought they are blooming beautifully. Thank you so much.

I ordered from select seeds this year - for my mom and her friends. I didn't get an email confirmation, however that is surely my email provider and their "Spam blocker" since there are several emails I never get.
When I inquired via select seeds "contact us" on the website, someone very nicely CALLED my home to tell me they had received the order and when it would ship.
I received the very healthy plants yesterday, and the "flower girls" are all happy. Now I wait to see what else they want me to order for them!
I have ordered seeds and annuals from this company and have been very happy with my purchases. They ship the seeds very quickly and they are good quality, I have had excellent germination rates. The plants came exactly when I had requested. They were lovely and took right off when I planted them. I have never had a delay, backorder or quality issue with Select Seed so I can't really comment on how they handle any issues that arise. That just tells me they focus on making customers happy to begin with.

I placed my seed order on Saturday and received it within the week. (Peak season, too - March!) Great, prompt service. I browsed through the paper catalog, then ordered online through the website. The website was easy to navigate and the super-prompt shipping was great. Now, if the seeds all perform as anticipated, this will have been a totally great experience.
I also really appreciated the fact that I was able to get some unusual seed varieties I have not seen elsewhere.
