Just received my shipment of 120 'Thuja Green Giant 2.5 inch pot' plants today. The plants are healthy and beautiful. They called a few days before shipping just to make sure I was going to be home this week. I'm very pleased with this company and wanted to say thanks!

Ordered 30 shrubs. Plants arrived damaged with many broken branches and stems. Packing cosisted of placing containers on their sides in a box.Half the plants were devoid of soil-the other half buried.Anything green offers no warranty and judging from the plants I received I can see why.
I ordered 85 of the Thuja "green giant" seedlings which came with an extra one, added by them, for free, all in good condition, really healthy appearance. I am impressed, for the money, you can't beat them, and the shipping was quick, and container well packed. A little dirt had fallen out of some of the pots, but no harm done as far as I can see. Roots still covered and moist. I would do business with these guys any day of the week. Today comes the hard part, getting them all in the ground. Hoping that goes as smooth as the purchase did.
I have never ordered trees online before and was truly amazed at the quality!!! I ordered 25 green giant trees and am very pleased with the quick delivery and size of the trees.

The only response I get is when I have signed the waiting list (around 5 times) then my e-mailed response is that I'm such and such number on the list. I have been anywhere from 3 on the list to 65 (?) at different times.
I don't think a person is reading the e-mails and an automatic response is sent.
I would really like to know if the ThujaGreens are available for fall plantings of if spring planting is only recommended and if I will be able to order these.

The system you are using is fully automated. Once we have more plants ready the inventory is updated and the emails are sent to those on the waiting list. The number you are on the waiting list doesn't really matter. Buying plants is still first come first served. Responding to the confirmation emails won't help and signing up multiple times only creates more places for you. Anyway, sorry for the misunderstanding and a different rating would be much appreciated. These plants should be available in late August!

I too have tried several times to contact this company. At least 4 emails and have also left 3 phone messages. This was several months ago. I also signed for newsletter way back when. I finally gave up! Then today I receive my 1st newsletter!
Imagine my frustration? I live in Florence, AL about 6 miles from the company and cannot find or get a response. It is a shame because I would really like to have ordered product from them. I do however feel it would be foolish to pay shipping from one town to the same town.

2 Weeks ago I ordered 65 Thuja trees (the small 8-12" ones), I have never used AnythingGreen and based my sale almost entirely on the reviews here on this site. There was a discrepency in the delivery date but it turned out to be my fault and NOT AnythingGreens. In fact, after I realized what had happened, the trees ended up getting to me a day earlier than was indicated. Let me tell you, I have NEVER been so IMPRESSED with an online order. These trees are GORGEOUS and one was better than the next. There was not one under 8 inches and there were several over 12 inches. There was at least an inch of bright green new growth on each and each one of the 2.5" pots held good, damp soil with roots that actually extended out of the bottom of the pots. They were FANTASTIC. I planted all of them 2 days after they were delivered and they look great. I would recommend this company to ANYONE, there product, customer service and price cannot be beat. This is ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
I am at a loss. I just can not get any response from this company. I signed up for their newsletter and received an immediate response. HOWEVER, I have emailed them 4 times regarding my desire to purchase from them and have never received a response. Since they do not list a phone number and are not listed in any other directories that I can find, I don't know how else to contact them. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

After one final try, I did get a response from the company that said "...I believe our spam filter caught your emails." Seems strange because I was emailing directly within their website using their web form. In any event, I changed the rating to neutral.
I ordered 20 Thuja Green Giants and 20 Leyland Cypress from AnythingGreen.com. The plants that arrived far exceeded my expectations - these are the best plants I have ever received through an internet or catalog order!
I would very highly recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely order from them again myself.
This company shows an address for the company, but no phone number. I attempted to contact the company several days ago by email, but never received a response. I attempted to get a phone number from directory assistance. but was unable to find a listing for this company at the address provided. In my email to the company I gave my phone number for someone to call me. No one ever called nor did they email me back with their phone number. I would like to make a purchase, but am interested in picking the order up myself since I live in Alabama near their listed location.

I took a chance and went ahead and placed an order. Once I received my confirmation of the order it stated that my credit card statement would show the charge through another company. I obtained a phone number and address for the company stated in the confirmation, and made contact with that company. I ask how they were related to AnythingGreen.com, and was told that AnythingGreen.com was actually their son's business. They were very pleasant and provided all the information I was concerned about. My shipment arrived and I was very pleased with the plants. I was even contacted after the delivery of my plants to follow up on how pleased I was. The company went far and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely order more plants as time permits.
I recently recieved my 20 Giant Thuja Trees and they were well packed and in excellent shape. I plan to plant them this weekend and can't wait to see how well they do. This company kept me well informed of when they would be in stock and the shipments progress. They get an A from me for customer service.
I was very pleased with the quality of plants I recieved. They were well rooted, when packed for shipment was done in a manner that the plants arrived in excellent shape. They arrived promptly in the same condition as when originally packed. The prices seemed quite reasonable and the quality excellent. I have just placed another order for an additional 45 plants. Keep up the good work.

I ordered 61 Thuja Green Giants from Anythinggreen. I didn't know what to expect...but was VERY pleasantly surprised! I had planted 34 Leland Cypress about three years ago and decided to back them up with some Green Giants in case of blight. I will definately order more as soon as they become available!
Like others I did not get in on the May shipping, but after being notified by email, I got in on the last shipping.
I have ordered things by mail before, so imagine my surprise when I saw such robust health in a box! I ordered 20 Thuja Green Giants. It was a pure joy to pot them up in gallon pots for now, till I decide where to put them. I did not choose three day select and so those trees made it from Alabama to the Pacific Northwest in a hot time of year. Four days in the box and they were still doing good. I will pick better shipping next time...but JBPounders mailed the trees at the optimum time avoiding the Memorial Day Weekend drag that might occur on the mail. He also has excellent communication and follow up. I will order again with confidence. Thanks Anything green!
I tried to order trees from Anything Green and they were out of stock. When I emailed and asked about when the trees would be in stock they added me to their newsletter and I was able to order the trees when they received their next shipment. I ordered 200 (that's right - 200) trees. The trees arrived on the date they told me they would and the trees were in excellent condition!! The only problem ( a very small one) was that one of the containers was missing a tree, but, this is understandable.
Again - I am very pleased and impressed by the service offered by John Brooks Pounders. I plan on ordering another 200 and I would recommend them to anyone!
I received my order today and it was outstanding--in some cases the root ball was as large as the plant itself! I was able to buy 60 plants for 25% of the price at other stores. Customer service is also great--I asked for the delivery date to be changed and it was done with no problem. Highly recommend this vendor.
I ordered 50 of the Thuja "Green Giants" and received my trees in less than a week! The trees were all healthy and in great condition. I would definitely order again from this company. C. Keyes, Bartlesville, OK.
