The 20 trees arrived on time and alive.I went out and bought tree soil and lime per instructions. After planting the tress and watering them on a regular basis due to the heat in Texas, they all turned brown and died one by one.I'm out all my time , money , and effort on this project.I chose the Thuja green giants because they where supposed to be drought resistant and grow well in a variety of soils.Well they don't grow well in Texas.I would recommend you try somewhere else for your tress and don't buy them here! They were so root bound when I got them ,its no wonder they did not live.

Shortly after posting my first comment,I received a call from John.He talked to me and asked a few questions about what happened to my trees.I told him how I planted them and after a few minutes he told me that he would send me replacement trees for the ones that died.I have to admit that I was surprised at his actions and I'm pleased to say that he is a very dedicated man and that his willingness to help me is very much appreciated.I am pleased to say that I will buy from him again in the future! It might have been the very hot summer that killed my trees and no fault of Anything Green.Texas is known as a hot place and planting the trees in summer might have been my fault .We get plenty of sun and now might be a better time to plant them.We are in the fall months and the weather is better now and should give my trees a better chance to grow. Thanks John

I had the same problem DonaldCrane had with customer to company communications. My total order was 160 trees. I am sure the company is very busy with filling orders but feel that they should staff someone to respond to customer inquires and / or changes to orders.
I used other resources to get the information needed.
The worst thing was that I wanted to delay delivery of my order by one week. I emailed twice and left 2 telephone messages aprox 10 day before my scheduled shipping date. No reply!
The trees showed up on the originally scheduled date. I was not ready for them! It was a very long night of hard prep work and planting. Seems like the tree quality is good.

iVE READ ABOUT HOW WONDERFUL "ANYTHING GREEN" IS SO i THOUGHT iD ORDER BUT FOR SOME REASON IT WONT LET ME AM i NOT DOING SOMETHING RIGHT? aNY SUGGESTIONS?
I am at a loss. I just can not get any response from this company. I signed up for their newsletter and received an immediate response. HOWEVER, I have emailed them 4 times regarding my desire to purchase from them and have never received a response. Since they do not list a phone number and are not listed in any other directories that I can find, I don't know how else to contact them. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

After one final try, I did get a response from the company that said "...I believe our spam filter caught your emails." Seems strange because I was emailing directly within their website using their web form. In any event, I changed the rating to neutral.
