If you order in the fall and order only seedlings you'll be fine with this company. They do not package 1gal and 3gal plants correctly, which makes all the dirt spill out all over inside the package leaving the roots bare, thankfully I ordered in the fall and hopefully the roots are fine. Also, the plant heights advertised barely reach the lower number of the height range. Do not order hoping to get something in the middle range, it will only barely meet the minimum stated.

The mistake was fixed - the trees arrived in good condition today. I will do business with company again, but I can only go up to a neutral review since they took longer to respond than they indicate on their web page. Part of the delay in their response may be due to the multiple ways to leave messages and how often each one is checked.

I am working on resolving this mistake for our customer as soon as possible. Unfortunately e-mails and voicemails do sometimes fall through the cracks and we whole-heartedly appologize.

The 20 trees arrived on time and alive.I went out and bought tree soil and lime per instructions. After planting the tress and watering them on a regular basis due to the heat in Texas, they all turned brown and died one by one.I'm out all my time , money , and effort on this project.I chose the Thuja green giants because they where supposed to be drought resistant and grow well in a variety of soils.Well they don't grow well in Texas.I would recommend you try somewhere else for your tress and don't buy them here! They were so root bound when I got them ,its no wonder they did not live.

Shortly after posting my first comment,I received a call from John.He talked to me and asked a few questions about what happened to my trees.I told him how I planted them and after a few minutes he told me that he would send me replacement trees for the ones that died.I have to admit that I was surprised at his actions and I'm pleased to say that he is a very dedicated man and that his willingness to help me is very much appreciated.I am pleased to say that I will buy from him again in the future! It might have been the very hot summer that killed my trees and no fault of Anything Green.Texas is known as a hot place and planting the trees in summer might have been my fault .We get plenty of sun and now might be a better time to plant them.We are in the fall months and the weather is better now and should give my trees a better chance to grow. Thanks John

I had the same problem DonaldCrane had with customer to company communications. My total order was 160 trees. I am sure the company is very busy with filling orders but feel that they should staff someone to respond to customer inquires and / or changes to orders.

I am at a loss. I just can not get any response from this company. I signed up for their newsletter and received an immediate response. HOWEVER, I have emailed them 4 times regarding my desire to purchase from them and have never received a response. Since they do not list a phone number and are not listed in any other directories that I can find, I don't know how else to contact them. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

After one final try, I did get a response from the company that said "...I believe our spam filter caught your emails." Seems strange because I was emailing directly within their website using their web form. In any event, I changed the rating to neutral.
