I ordered a gallon of Garlic Barrier on a Monday afternoon and received it in 24 hours. This was the quickest turn around time I have had with any company, period. How could there be any complaint with that type of service? Hat's off to Gempler's.
Purchased a heavy duty auger for my drill. This thing is tough and so much better than the flimsy augers that most people sell. It was a little more expensive, but very well made and it sure saved me a lot of time putting in over 500 bulbs in a woodland setting. I lost the set screw (my fault) and Gempler's sent me one right out! Now thats what I call customer service!! Great company in my opinion.

If you are looking to buy tools that will last a lifetime, I recommend Gemplers. They have never messed up any of my orders and also ship promptly. Within 4 days, my credit card was charged, and I received a package from Gempler's... a very small box. It turned out to be a Gempler's catalog with a packing slip showing that there should also be another package with a shovel. I assumed that it would be delivered the next day. When it hadn't arrived for over a week, I e-mailed the company with my saga and got an immediate response. They offered to send out a replacement shovel, and got in contact with the shipper to help me (and themselves) find out what happened to my merchandise. The replacement shovel arrived within 2 days, and is everything I hoped for. GREAT customer service!!
