All palms that I ordered (small and large) arrived live and lush in their containers. (I try to avoid companies shipping bare rooted palms)
I was very pleased with the quality of the palms I received and with the careful packaging.
The plants are much larger than all the other mail order companies I have used.
Will most definitely order again.

Two attempts were made to contact this organizaton and clear up any misunderstanding. Regretfully, they have declined to cooperate or reply to our inquiries. It is the stated policy of the Watchdog that companies can NOT pose as customers to inflate their own rating. This company was warned that attempts to do so would be publicly denounced, per our stated guidelines.
I just ordered the 6 ft tall Royal and Foxtail palms they have on Special . I was very pleased with all of the plants.
They were large, well packed and in their container.
I will be ordering from them again in the future and can recommend them.
Plants arrived in great condition. Their offerings are healthy, vigorous and big for the price.
I've spoken to Oliver at Palms & Gardens over the phone several times and he has always been extremely helpful and friendly. I ordered a 7' Carpoxylon macrospermum yesterday and he delivered it to my house the today - on time and in great shape. It is exactly what I expected - no suprises. I would recommend Oliver and Palms & Gardens. They've done right by me and I'll do business with them again.

Very extensive catalog, though many of the palms listed don't have descriptions or photos. I ordered 7 palms from them recently. They were shipped in two weeks (not speedy, but not slow, either). Prices seem reasonable - prices are the reason I went with them!! You can get a good deal on a ton of different kinds of palms! The palms I received are very healthy and beautiful. A couple of them are slightly smaller than described, but still, they are very healthy. I'll definitely order from them again! One thing - before I ordered, I sent a question via e-mail to which they never responded. I did, however, give them a call with a question when I received my palms, and I got a very friendly person on the phone.

The plants I received were very healthy, true to name & came with growing instructions/tips. Shipping was fast & they answered email questions in a quick, cordial manner. I would definitely purchase from this nursery again.
