I ordered one package of seeds on Aug 26, 2016, which generated a "Thank You" web page with an order number (no email confirmation). The product info page indicates it "Ships: Immediately". Priority is the only shipping option (in this case $4.20 for one packet of seeds) and the only shipping information on the website (that I could find) is "allow 1-3 weeks for delivery"--nothing more specific.
It's been more than 3 weeks. They have charged my credit card. A week ago I sent an email to the company and Barbara asking about the order status and have received no reply. I'm disputing the charge.
