this vender is extremely knowledgeable and consciencious and offers some unique varieties that are a delight to grow. we have received many freebies from them as well and notice that they pay attention to what we order and the freebies act as suggestions of what they think we may like and what would do well in our area. their site is packed with information, appealing to true fanatics like us.
we have nothing but respect for this company and will be giving them our business year after year. we give them the highest recommendation.

My opinion is, the company isn`t deliberately doing wrong...but has good intentions and a good hart. They are "just"growing plants and aren`t managers. My advice for them would be to employ someone to help them out of these problems; get some computer programs to organize orders/customers and the like.
I ordered seeds from these people which never reached me. We think that they were lost in the post, and they did their best to help. This company immediately refunded me the full amount without question when I asked. Many thanks!
I have placed several orders with Anioleka. This is the best online company for hertiage and quality seeds!!! Great instructions are sent along with the seeds and you even get a free seeds to try out. With the postal service in Britian on strike at any given moment, I did experience one order not showing up. I wrote to Anioleka and they took care of the problem right away. I do not give praise to any company, in particular an on line company, lightly.
I can really reccommend Anioleka. Give them a try you wont be dissapointed
I am very pleased and satisfied with this company's quality of doing business. I ordered some Giant Belgium tomato seeds and they treated me with the utmost best in customer assistance, response with my e-mails, and quick delivery of my seeds. I bought £15 worth of seeds from them last year and received good service. However, in early Feb I ordered £13 worth of seeds and have not received them yet. I know they received my order because the cheque was cashed on the 19 February. Additionally I sent an email on 27 Feb asking for an update and I have not received a reply.
I am sure there must be a valid reason for this but the fact is on this occasion I have not received a good service.

i found this website by accident, and, what a great "accident" it was! i am searching for a good, thick-walled bell pepper that my husband and i could grow in our garden; i sent an email asking this company's opinion, and, what a fantastic reply we received! so informative!

I have been look for what I was told by a an old man who has now passed away is (Kentucky Red Tomatoe Plants or Seeds). I bought plants from him for several years and got tomato plants that he called Kentucky Reds. A large tomato with the outside skin a dull pink and the flesh was blood red. I contacted this company and even though they were not aware of the plant I was talking about they tried to located it for me. After a few week they advised me they could not be located. I really want to thank them for thier efforts as you don't get that kind of service very often anymore. Hope they comtinue the very good relationship with there coustomers.

Fast, reliable, personal, old-fashioned service. Hard to find this level of service for an $8.00 or $800.00 order. I had a very positive experience with them.
Used my credit card through ccnow to order some seeds for my mom. This was right before Christmas. When the order had not been delivered by early Janurary, I emailed Seedfest about the order. They answered very quickly and were extremely concerned my mom had not received her $16.00 order of seeds. Said they would resend the order if she had not received them by the weekend. The seeds were delivered a few days later, deliveries where slower than normal due to the Christmas season. The order itself was shipped very quickly.
If you had fears about conducting transactions across the web, Seedfest is a very trustworthy company. The folks they partner with to accept credit card orders (CCnow) were very efficient and secure so no worries there.
I inquired about some unusual pumpkin seeds,they were very prompt,and though they did not know where I could get any, they were very helpful in where I might look. thank-you
The entire experience of making my first purchase was incredible. The selection was endless. The web site is very easy to use, even for the beginner. The delivery time was in my opinion extremely fast to say the least. Will be making further purchases in the very near future.
Have purchased from this company for over a year and have recieved service way and above what would be normal and their seeds have been terrific. Not a bad one in the many I have purchased. Great people to deal with.
I had a problem with my pumpkins & they wrote back very promptly & were very helpful. They also suggested a site to visit that might be even more helpful & it was.
