Very informative gentleman - fast response to emails! My order arrived quicky and well packed with complete instructions. Jim even included some "extras" that were hardy to my specific zone. Even after receiving my order he was considerate in answering some additional questions I had in an expedited fashion.

I ordered three different gingers from James and each order received had four healthy rhizomes. The gingers were reasonably priced and the best part was that James threw in for free an extra order of ginger rhizomes for Costus spicatus!.
