I ordered six 6" high bamboo plants. Four arrived as 4" high and in good shape, the other two arrived four days later due to an error in shipping. When they arrived the plants were completely dried out and I thought they were dead. I called Lewis Bamboo and they said to soak them in a bucket of water for one week. I followed their advice and they didn't come back to life. I sent photos as requested to them and they said to plant them in the ground and they will come back to life. I did as they said again and the original four are fine but the other two are completely dead. My brother removed them and threw them out not knowing that Lewis Bamboo would need the new photos as I was told they were going to replace them. I just spoke with them and explained that my brother had already taken them out and I can't produce the photos but they said there is nothing they can do at this point. They didn't make good on their promise and I am taking a $154.00 loss. Please beware.

We at Lewis Bamboo regret that our customer is unhappy. All we requested was proof that his plants were indeed dead. The photos he sent us a month ago showed a plant that was alive. We gave him a few tips, extended his warranty and asked him to contact us if he had further problems. We even tried to contact him to "check up on things" to no avail. He contacted us and informed us the plants did not make it. All we requested was proof. None was given. We want everyone to be happy with bamboo. We love it and want you to love it too!"
