We send money for orchids and $100.00 for Phytosanitary Permit and Cites documentation. Neither were provided in the shipment. The USDA seized the parcel. Everest mis-represented the contents of the shipment to our express carrier causing significant delays. When we confronted Everest Nursery and asked for our money back, they have not complied.
