On May 8th, 2007, fpgill changed the rating from positive to negative and added the following:
I ordered two roses (Distant Drums and Moore's Striped Rugosa) on 2/23/07 - both were confirmed as available and would ship with my requested ship date of May 1. I heard nothing until 5/8 when I got a phone call saying their Distant Drums roses had died. I asked if I would still be paying almost $20 for one rose plus shipping and they said yes. I cancelled the order. Poor customer service, don't bother.
