Since submitting my first review, I have bought quite a few more plants from SNW, and I have to say, these guys grow excellent plants and they stand by their product 100%. This is a nursery that cares about the customer's experience and they offer superior support through monthly care videos and their DVD series is a must-have for new growers and experts alike. Great plants and outstanding customer service put these guys at the top of the list, in my opinion.

I suppose it is inevitable that a nursery will disappoint you if you patronize them long enough, and this is where I find myself with Sarracenia NW. One very expensive purchase from them this summer turned out to be a problem plant (I don't care to go into detail here; lets just say the plant has turned out to be unsatisfactory for a couple of reasons) and three months after buying, I am out of luck now for seeking a refund. This time limit on refunds is a reasonable policy for any nursery to have in place, but I guess what I didn't like was the less than supportive responses I got from the owner; I felt I was being given manufactured excuses for the plants problems.
The majority of my purchases from SNW have been just fine, but I've decided to refrain from buying from SNW in the future because of this experience.
