Very happy with my purchase. I ordered star jasmine and a tea olive and was impressed with the large size and healthy rootball. The jasmine was even loaded with scented booms which was a pleasant surprise.
Order was shipped fast. I will order from them again in the future.
Smooth and quick transaction. I ordered the Justicia Carnea "Alba" (Brazilian Plume Flower) and received the plants three days after being notified they were sent. Plants were packaged very well and arrived larger then expected. I will order from Kathy again.
I ordered and received - in good condition - several clerodendron thompsoniae (bleeding heart climbing shrubs). The root balls were ample, well packed in moist paper sealed inside plastic wrap, and plants carefully secured in paper inside a priority mailing box. As you said, the Post Office is Heck on the plants, but I'm very satisfied with the Night Blooming Cereus you sent. It is much bigger than I expected and most of it is intact (some parts arrived bruised and torn- but I believe it is due to the post office- the triangular box was caved in when it arrived). I ordered two Tibouchina plants and they arrived in great shape two days after they were sent. They were carefully wrapped in newspaper and the plastic-sealed roots with soil were still moist. As I requested, the two different varieties (one bush, one tree) were labeled with a tag. I'm happy that the smaller one has two buds so I expect that the bush will have profuse flower blossoms sooner rather than later. This is a reliable company to deal with. Kathy was very good with communications and I ordered 30 Christmas Cheer Azaleas. She even shipped them a little earlier than normal since I was in the middle of a re-landscaping project. The plants arrived on time and in very good condition. I have since placed another order for gardinias.

I received the Radicans Gardenias. Again, they were well packaged and arrived quickly. Nice looking plants and they looked even better when planted.
I placed an order late February and could hardly wait for it to be shipped in late March. I receiver the confirming e-mail on Monday it had been shipped. Received on Wednesday. Everything was in good condition with blooms still intact, though the plants went into shock the next day. I'm sure they will snap out of it in a few days to a week or so.
I will buy from again. This was my first time buying plants online and was very easy with no problems. Thank You Katz!!
Mail-lady brought my Sweet Almond Verbenas today! I was so excited because I've had a terrible time finding any locally. Well.. I did find one for $100.00! I promptly unpacked them and found them to be in perfect shape. The plants were moist and so carefully packed. I could tell that Kathy loves what she does. I have already planted one and looks great. I have bookmarked her site on my favorites. I will be buying from her again!

Ordered 2 different plants. They came wrapped up nice in soil and newspaper, covered in plastic bag. I wish other sellers would take the time to package as well.

I ordered a gallon sized Gardenia "Radican Dwarf." The plant arrived promptly on my doorstep, it was healthy and had lots of young leaves. I was pleasantly surprised to see both variegated and un-variegated leaves (there are multiple plants in the pot). I got a few blooms a week later; they smelled great.
It's been a few weeks in my care and the plant is still doing fine, but the leaves are not shiny anymore, and a few look sad. This is my fault, I need to learn some more about gardenias to keep the plant healthy.

I ordered 3 brugs and a couple other specials at the very end of August online. One brug was out of stock and a replacement sent. It took a couple weeks to arrive, but I don't garden with a stopwatch anyway so it was fine with me. They were all well packaged and a bit dry (it was very hot weather so this was expected) but each had fantastically large and healthy root systems. I kept them damp for a few days and they all perked up wonderfully, since then putting on some nice new growth. I would definitely recommend this company to others who want very reasonably priced and healthy plants.

I'm not sure how you make your cuttings, but me and everyone else I know take a section from the original brug, stick it in dirt to root...from an eye on the section grows a new shoot. Voila! A new plant!
That's what you got ... No other cutting was made on it. We do not take cuttings from ANY plant but our older "mother" plants.
Of course it's a shoot from the base, the base itself doesn't shoot out stems from the middle! If you have some like that, please, please send me a photo as I would like to see that. I'm not too old to learn new things."

Received 3 brugmansia plants today. Even in this hot, dry climate the plants arrived in wonderful condition. Much larger than expected with lots of leaves and roots. Excellent packaging. Green Thumbs Up to Katz Kuntry Kuttins.

I received my first order, a Night Blooming Cereus, from Katz Kuntry Kuttins last week. The plant was large and healthy. It was delivered when I requested and packaged well ... all at a very fair price. Great value.

Ordered 5 Passifloras in a 4" pot. They were well protected and secure. They are quite healthy, with a decent root system.
Shipping was a little slow, without notification. Ordered on March 12th, and they were shipped on the 29th.
Overall, I'd certainly buy from again. If you're the type that orders on a Monday and expect them in 3 days, you'll be frustrated. If you order, and are patient, you'll receive some nice plants for the money.

I recently purchased a Creole Darlin and Dargonfire and they are some of the best flowers I have seen. I have seen pictures of these specific types online and those pictures dont look as good as the flowers the ones I have are putting out.

Short story: I placed my order for five 2-gallon plants ($75 + $15 shipping). In the mail I only received two 1-gallon (or smaller) plants. I was obviously disappointed.
I emailed the owner to explain the problem and got *no response*. A month later, I have emailed a second time to see if I can get a response - at this point I just want my money back.
I will provide further detail in a week and update this rating to positive or negative based on whether I get a response this time.
On August 3rd, 2009, HD_in_Dallas changed the rating from neutral to negative and added the following:
